Lonza電轉試劑盒，由電轉緩沖液、補充劑、電擊耗材、pmaxGFP陽性對照質粒等組成，提供GMP級別電轉試劑盒。

1、電轉試劑——根據不同細(xi)胞單獨優化轉(zhuan)染(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)緩(huan)沖液(ye)（電轉(zhuan)緩(huan)沖液(ye)，簡稱電轉(zhuan)液(ye)）和補充劑配方，以提高轉(zhuan)染(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)效率(lv)和轉(zhuan)染(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)后細(xi)胞活率(lv)，維護細(xi)胞正常生理功(gong)能。同種細(xi)胞不同底物(wu)采用相(xiang)同轉(zhuan)染(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)試劑盒(he)，可(ke)實現多種底物(wu)共轉(zhuan)染(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)。

①4D電轉(zhuan)緩(huan)沖液(ye)(ye)——包括(kuo)5種原代細胞(bao)電轉(zhuan)液(ye)(ye)（P1-P5）、3種細胞(bao)系電轉(zhuan)液(ye)(ye)(SE、SF、SG)、以及2種Y單元專(zhuan)用貼壁細胞(bao)電轉(zhuan)液(ye)(ye)（AD1、AD2），適(shi)用于所有細胞(bao)類型。

2、電擊耗材——根(gen)據電轉儀型號和功能模塊的(de)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)，搭配原材料相同(tong)、結構不(bu)(bu)同(tong)的(de)電擊耗材。并提供不(bu)(bu)同(tong)包裝規格的(de)產品，覆(fu)蓋(gai)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)實驗用量需求。

①4D電擊耗材——采用可導電的高分子聚合物電極，相比傳統金屬電極，避免了金屬離子造成的細胞毒害。電擊耗材分別為X單元專用100μL電轉杯、20μL*16孔電轉板條，Y單元專用24孔電轉板，LV單元專用1mL手動進樣電轉盤、20mL（1mL*20）自動進樣電轉盤。提供LV單元專用GMP級別電轉試劑盒。

②2b電擊耗材——鋁電極，電擊耗材為100μL電轉杯。
